Public Transport
CITYPARK Graz is directly accessible by bus lines 35, 50 and 66 as well as the train. The train station is a 5-minute walk away.

Bus connection
CITYPARK can be reached by bus lines 35, 52, 66, 39, 67, 31, 32 and 33. The bus stops of 35, 66 and 52 are located directly at CITYPARK, all others are a maximum of 5 a minute walk away.
Train Station
CITYPARK Graz is accessible by Train. The Don Bosco train station is only a 5-minute walk away.
Sidewalks and bicycle paths
CITYPARK is accessible on foot and by bicycle via asphalted footpaths and cycle paths suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs.
Taxi
The taxi station in front of CITYPARK Graz is located at the outdoor car park C directly at the entrance/exit at the post office. Taxis are waiting for our visitors around the clock.
E-charging stations for bikes
The e-charging station for bicycles is located in front of entrance A1.

Petrol station
The SOCAR petrol station in CITYPARK Graz is located directly at the roundabout. Petrol, diesel, low prices, car wash.
Car wash
The car wash at CITYPARK Graz is located directly at the SOCAR petrol station at the roundabout. Car cleaning, special wash, offers, car wash, interior cleaning, self-service.
Bicycle Self-Service Terminal
Two bicycle self-service terminals are located directly in the footpath zone and directly at the entrance exit from the post office. Repair, inflate tyres, fill air, immediate service.
Parking
There are 2,000 XXL parking spaces at CITYPARK Graz, the parking spaces in car park A and B are covered. The open-air car park C also offers space for taller vehicles. All parking spaces are extra-wide and comfortable. There are also separate parking spaces for bicycles and motorbikes.
Handicapped parking spaces
There are parking spaces for the disabled in the entrance area on each level of car parks A and B and at the open-air car park C.
Parking spaces for families
There are marked family parking spaces close to the entrances. In addition, all parking spaces are oversized and comfortable.
Bicycle parking
The bicycle parking spaces at CITYPARK Graz are located in the pedestrian zone, at the open-air car park C and at the entrance exit directly at the Lazarettgürtel. Most of them are covered and rim-friendly.
Motorbike parking
The motorbike parking spaces at CITYPARK Graz are located directly in front of car park B on the first level, these are all covered.
Pharmacy
The pharmacy is located on the 1st floor.
First aid
The first aid kit in CITYPARK is located at the visitor service on the upper floor.
Defibrillator
The defibrillator in CITYPARK is located at the customer service in the 1st floor.
Disinfection dispenser
Disinfection dispensers are located at all entrances and exits and distributed throughout the centre.
Increased hygiene measures
All contact surfaces are cleaned more intensely and disinfected continuously.
TÜV
CITYPARK is certified with the TÜV AUSTRIA hygiene management standard.
Barrier free
All public areas in CITYPARK are barrier-free.
Toilets for the disabled
The toilets for the disabled at CITYPARK are located on the ground floor and 2nd floor. The eurokey is available at the customer service on the 1st floor.
Wheelchair rental
Free wheelchair rental at the customer service in CITYPARK, located on the 1st floor.
Elevator
There are 9 elevators in CITYPARK. Each elevator is wheelchair accessible. All floors are accessible via the elevator.
Escalator
There are 5 escalators at CITYPARK connecting all three levels.

The spacious nursing room at CITYPARK is located on the 2nd floor.
Diaper-changing room
The breastfeeding and nappy-changing room in CITYPARK is located on the 2nd floor. You will also find baby changing facilities in the toilets on the ground and 1st floor.
Buggy rental
The buggy rental at CITYPARK is located at the visitor service. Only possible during the centre’s opening hours.
Free diapers
Free diapers are available at the customer service on the 1st floor.
Post office
The post office at CITYPARK is located on the ground floor. Packing, franking, sending parcels & letters.
Post box
The post box in CITYPARK is located directly at the post office on the ground floor.
Bank
The Bank is located on the 1st floor. Change money, personal service, ATM, cash machine.
ATM
ATMs/bank machines are located on the ground floor, 1st floor and at Panorama Platz.
Lottery
The Lotto/Toto store at CITYPARK is located in the tobacconist’s on the ground floor. Lottery acceptance, sports betting, tobacco products and more.
Mobile phone charging station
There are 10 lockable mobile phone and tablet charging stations on the 1st floor in the immediate proximity of the customer service. They are compatible with all major smartphone manufacturers.
Free WLAN
The _FREEWIFI@CITYPARK_ WLAN is available free of charge throughout the entire CITYPARK area for the duration of your stay.
Powerbank for mobile phone
There are 5 powerbanks for mobile phones at CITYPARK at the customer service on the 1st floor. Compatible with all current smartphones, fast charging function possible.

You will find the exchange library on the 2nd floor next to INTERSPAR Restaurant. Borrow or exchange books, read for free, donate old books.

The Club CITYPARK offers you personal advantages, exclusive services and helps you save money. You can obtain the Club Card directly from the Customer-Service on the 1st floor.

OE-Ticket-Sales point
The OE ticket sales point at CITYPARK is located at MediaMarkt on the 2nd floor. Tickets, admission tickets, events, concert.
Shoe & Key Service
The shoe and key service shop “Mister Minit” with express service is located on the ground floor. Shoe, key, stamp and grinding service.
Dry cleaning
The dry-cleaning shop is located on the ground floor. Cleaning, grooming, laundry service and alteration tailoring.
Tailor’s shop
The Sauberland tailor shop is located on the ground floor.
Passport photos
You can get passport photos at 3Dglas, Foto Mur and Hartlauer.

The tobacconist’s in CITYPARK Graz is located on the ground floor. Tobacco products, newspapers, magazines, vignettes.

Terrace
You can get to the CITYPARK roof terrace with a view of the Schlossberg directly via Panorama Platz (2nd floor).
Centre Management
The centre management at CITYPARK is located in the office centre. Access opposite the pharmacy on the 1st floor.
Customer-Service
Information and assistance is available at the customer service on the 1st floor. Issue and sale of Zehner vouchers.
