At Eckhards Confiserie you can watch the production by master confectioner Bettina Eckhard. Pralines and chocolate specialities are handmade on site. According to old recipes gathered from Belgium, France and old Austria. Eckhards Confiserie wants to bring you the unique pleasure of natural, authentic products and therefore deliberately avoids artificial flavours or flavour enhancers. Most of the ingredients are sourced from personally known organic farmers and processed to the optimal ripening point.

Perhaps it would be easier to use ready-made products from the wholesale market, but anyone who has tasted the sour cherries from the sour cherry chestnut cup will understand why Bettina Eckhard goes to all the trouble.
